Participants may register in one of four ways:

 

  1. Register online (below). 
  2. Attend a registration meeting.

 

Participants must have a valid physical on file at the Cambridge School District Offices. Refer to the registration form for requirments for yellow physical cards and green physical cards.

 
Payments for participation may be made at any time, however equipment will not be distributed to the participant until full payment is recieved by the CYFC.
 
Registration Fee is $100 per participant
(fee includes all equipment and game & practice uniforms)

Online Registration

To register on-line, fill out the form below and click the Submit button. the Concussion and medical waivers will be available at equipment pick-up in July. Registration fee to be turned in by equipment pick up. All waivers may be turned iin at the first practice.
